| SCUBA Operations have Been Busy for Rescue 1. Divers Frank Rush and Cosmo DiOrio Entered the Water Near Pier 86 on March 19th Frank Rush Found the Victim in 25 Feet of Water and they Removed the Victim. Tim Sullivan Rescued a Victim from 20 Feet of Water at Chelsea Piers at Approximately 200 AM on April 1. In addition divers were placed in the water earlier in the day to search for a reported jumper in the East River. Great Job by All including all FDNY Engines and Trucks on Scene.
